AI Computer
The AI Computer is an assistant you give tasks to in plain English. For example: "draft a follow-up email to everyone who came to Saturday's open house", or "research recent sales on Maple Street".
Not every workspace has it yet
AI Computer is being rolled out gradually. If you don't see it in the sidebar, it isn't switched on for your workspace yet.
What you can do
The AI Computer has five tabs:
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Chat | Ask for something. Yapii shows its plan and each step as it works. |
| AI Team | Named AI helpers set up for jobs like lead nurture or post-showing follow-up. |
| Past Runs | Everything the AI Computer has done, with the results. |
| Automations | Tasks that run on a schedule ("every weekday at 9 AM") or when something happens, such as a new contact. |
| Insights | Suggestions and summaries, including your morning briefing. |
Ready-made prompts help you start, for example:
- follow up a new lead;
- re-engage contacts you haven't spoken to in 90 days;
- announce a new listing or a price reduction;
- ask for a referral;
- send a contract-to-close update.
Staying in control
- Review actions before they are sent. With this switched on, the AI Computer asks before it sends anything or changes your data. You approve each action.
- When it proposes a change to your CRM, you confirm that exact change. It can't swap the contact or the details after you've approved.
- For tasks that use a web browser, it takes screenshots as it goes and stops for your approval before submitting a form or pressing anything that can't be undone.
Files
Files you upload and documents the AI Computer creates are kept under Files, linked to the contacts and records they belong to.
Credits
The AI Computer uses AI credits, and browser tasks use credits for each minute they run. See Plans, billing and credits.
